Our Philosophy
Nothing is more sacred than the connection between horse and rider. At Valley View Equestrian, our sole purpose is to help our riders foster this connection. Horses are very special animals that give us their hearts, and we feel that it is only right to in return give them the best possible life for them. This includes great care, always putting the horses needs first. Your ride is only as good as the horse you sit on!
Our primary focus is on teaching our students how to both be responsible and knowledgeable horse riders. We emphasize horsemanship in our riding program, which includes teaching how to properly care for the horse in all aspects of its life. We strive to teach our students how to effectively communicate with their horse both on the ground and under saddle.
Safety is our number one priority- we want our riders to be able to trust their horse but also understand how to handle and ride confidently. Riding is a very emotional sport, and we have a great sensitivity to this. As horse lovers, we feel nothing is more rewarding in this life than enjoying a great ride- and we hope to give you this joyous experience.
